Powder spray gun operator wanted in Day County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Day County, South Dakota. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
