Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
