Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds The role involves: • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
