Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Umuahia North, Abia State. The role involves: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
