Rebar fixer wanted in Issaquena County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Issaquena County, Mississippi. The job is at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements On a typical shift you will form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
