Great opportunity: digger driver (New York)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a digger driver in Queens County, New York. You will work in an open-cast quarry. On the job you will handle: • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains You should have: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $120 per day, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
