We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Gadsden County, Florida. You should have: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day On a typical shift you will grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
