What we are looking for: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Day-to-day duties: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses 4+ years on the tools preferred.
