Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse.
