Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Hubbard County, Minnesota. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
