Sheet metal welder — Newry Mourne and Down

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Newry Mourne and Down, Northern Ireland. You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a weld test on the spot On the job you will handle: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
