The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
