Urgent requirement: we are hiring an escalator technician in Makoda, Kano State. Your main tasks: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
