Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Blaine County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Blaine County, Nebraska. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
