Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Robeson County, North Carolina. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Rotating shifts.
