The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
