Immediate opening: MIG/MAG welder (Iowa)

Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Dickinson County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Willing to work shifts and overtime 1+ years on the tools preferred.
