Vacancy available: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Kerr County, Texas. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. Requirements: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot The role involves run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
