Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Jefferson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Jefferson County, Georgia. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
