Lawn care technician — Washburn County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Washburn County, Wisconsin. The job is in a botanical garden. The role involves: • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers You should have: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Valid driving licence for travel between sites On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
