Crawler dozer operator wanted in Rains County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Rains County, Texas. You will be based on a dam or embankment job. The role involves: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
