Brickwork mason wanted in Pontotoc County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Pontotoc County, Mississippi. You will be based at a groundworks and structures site. Day-to-day duties: • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
