Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car painter in Darlington County, South Carolina. You will work at an accident repair centre. The role involves: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Six days a week, one day off.
