Articulated lorry driver — Bath County

Join our team: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Bath County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Valid digital tachograph card • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips On the job you will handle: • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
