Dishwashing attendant wanted in Carson City

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Carson City, Nevada. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Your main tasks: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Full-time with occasional weekends.
