Rebar worker — Livingston County

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar worker in Livingston County, Illinois. You should have: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates You will place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
