Urgent requirement: we are hiring an auto painter in Reeves County, Texas. On a typical shift you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
