Manufacturing operative wanted in Benton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a manufacturing operative in Benton County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces • Stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them • Assemble components according to the work order • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping • Pack finished goods into cartons and seal them What we are looking for: • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line Full-time with occasional weekends.
