Urgent requirement: kitchen cook (Washington)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in San Juan County, Washington. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience.
