Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Kent County, Maryland. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Six days a week, one day off.
