Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Ferry County, Washington. Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 1+ years on the tools preferred.
