Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
