Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation worker in Kings County, New York. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Your main tasks: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding 4+ years on the tools preferred.
