Now hiring: back-of-house cleaner (Alabama)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Marion County, Alabama. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Overtime paid at a premium rate.
