Formwork erector wanted in Montmorency County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork erector in Montmorency County, Michigan. You will work on a residential tower site. Day to day you will brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
