Great opportunity: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Jerauld County, South Dakota. You will work in a public park. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance The role involves: • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed 5+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
