Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Andrew County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 4+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
