Back-of-house cleaner • Atlantic County, New Jersey

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Atlantic County, New Jersey. You will be based in a catering unit. Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
