Paint and prep technician wanted in Boone County

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Boone County, Nebraska. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE The role involves mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
