Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
