Foundry labourer wanted in Greenwood County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Greenwood County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection 6+ years on the tools preferred.
