MIG/MAG welder wanted in Lake County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Lake County, Illinois. You will be based at an automobile body shop. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety The role involves tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $120 per day plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
