Fabricator-welder wanted in Lewis County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Lewis County, Washington. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety The role involves: • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks Full-time, day shift.
