Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Lincoln County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
