Site safety steward — Mille Lacs County

Now hiring: we are hiring a site safety steward in Mille Lacs County, Minnesota. The job is at a manufacturing plant. You will stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. What we are looking for: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
