Immediate opening: stamping press operator (Oklahoma)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Woodward County, Oklahoma. The job is at a busy press shop. Day to day you will check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. Ideal candidate: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards 6+ years on the tools preferred.
