Safety marshal wanted in Putnam County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety marshal in Putnam County, Tennessee. You will deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry. Requirements: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
