Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Lawrence County, Illinois. The role involves: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • ITI in welder trade or equivalent We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
