Vacancy available: refrigeration and AC technician (Indiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Kosciusko County, Indiana. You will work on new-build apartment projects. Your main tasks: • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit Requirements: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Presentable and polite with customers on site At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
