You should have: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • A good head for heights for tower crane work On a typical shift you will keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger.
